Hello! I’m Caroline—so glad to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialization from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have experience both as a school social worker and as an outpatient therapist providing evidence-based care for children and families.

I love partnering with kids and their families to foster growth and help skills extend beyond the therapy room. I’m especially passionate about supporting children navigating anxiety, OCD, and big emotions, and I aim to make evidence-based practices engaging, practical, and developmentally appropriate. I also guide families in accessing community resources and work closely with schools to create supportive environments for children’s emotional and behavioral growth.

I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and complex anxiety, and I integrate mind-body strategies into therapy with my certification in yoga through the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University’s School of Medicine.

My primary therapeutic approaches include:

Now to the fun stuff… I love reading and am always hunting for my next 5-star book. I’d happily eat sushi every day if I could, and I enjoy finding ways to bring creativity and joy into everyday life—whether through yoga, cooking, or quiet moments with loved ones.
